Reservations are strongly recommended and are now open for the 2024 summer season.  Please review new minimum night requirements and new COVID-19 cancellation policy.

• 40% deposit is required for all reservations
• Sites will not be held without payment
• Reynold’s Resort does not  RV site specific reservations. Requests are accepted but not guaranteed.
• $35.00 locking fee is applied if you choose to lock your RV site and guarantee that location
• Maximum stay is 30 nights in a rolling calendar year.
• Our recreational winter program allows for an extended stay.

Online Reservations

• Online reservations are made in real time. Your credit card will be charged at time of reservations & an email confirmation will be sent upon completion.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted by email only. Please email info@reynoldsresort.com.

RV Site reservations cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. RV Site reservations cancelled less than 30 days before arrival forfeit 100% of deposit if spot is not filled.

Cabin/Lodge reservations cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are subject to a new $50.00 cancellation fee. Cabin/Lodge reservations cancelled less than 60 before arrival forfeit entire deposit if spot is not filled.

Any out of country reservations made will not be held if there are COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of reservation. Reservations will be cancelled 90 days prior to arrival and no refund will be given. If the reservation is cancelled 91 days or more, prior to arrival, a refund will be given less a $10.00 administration fee.

• Minimum 2 night reservation required for RV sites during low season, May 16th 2024 - June 27th 2024, September 2nd 2024 - September 30th 2024.
• Minimum 3 night reservation required for RV sites during high season, June 27th 2024 - September 2nd 2024.
• Minimum 3 night reservation required  May 18th - June 30th + Sept 4th - Sept 30th 2023 for Cabins 1, 2, 3, & 5
• Minimum 4 night reservation required  June 27th 2024 - Sept 2nd 2024 for Cabins 1, 2, 3, 5
• Minimum 4 night reservation required for Cabin 7 May 16th - Sept 30th 2024
• Minimum 4 night reservation required for Lodge ( Cabin 6 ) May 16th 2024 - June 27th 2024 + Sept 2nd 2024 - Sept 30th 2024
• Minimum 6 night reservation required for Lodge ( Cabin 6 ) June 27th 2024 - Sept 2nd 2024.
• Minimum 6 night reservation required for cabin 4 June 27th 2024 - September 2nd 2024.

Online Reservations

• Online reservations are made in real time. Your credit card will be charged at time of reservations & an email confirmation will be sent upon completion.
• Use the comments section of the online system to let us know about any requests you may have or if you are camping with friends.
• Please make sure to include RV Site or Cabin number on map when requesting a specific location.

Wait list:

• If you wish to secure your spot for future season(s) please let management know as soon as possible. * Prices are subject to change.

IMPORTANT 

Please remember, when you make a reservation, you are responsible for all days booked. We do NOT have a contract with mother nature. If there is a chance you might wish to cancel due to bad weather, bugs or smoke, or are the type to leave early if the fishing is slow, please LOOK INTO TRAVEL INSURANCE, as we do not refund early departure for such reasons. BC has a fire season. We also have an unpredictable bug season, and if you’ve been in our province before, you know our weather can be cantankerous, and the fishing can be unpredictable. If we have a bad fire season and the resort is put under evacuation order, all deposits ( Less Administration fee) will be refunded for that initial period without question. If you cannot get to the resort due to evacuation orders in other areas closing all access to the resort, all deposits ( Less Administration fee) will be refunded for that initial period without question. The fire cancellation policy only applies to reservations within 1 week of the start date of the order . We will not accept cancellations due to an order more than a week in advance. (ie, cancelling July 10 when we are under alert, for a reservation in August, our regular policies apply). If you cancel because there is, or might be, smoke, bugs or bad weather, you are responsible for the FULL amount of of the entire deposit. We recommend reservations to guarantee your space. Our guarantee is that your space will be available to you for the time requested, and nothing more.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy 

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we want to ensure our guest that any disruption due to Provincial or Federal regulations, these special rules will apply.

• Any RV Site cancellation done prior to the regular 30 day, same rules will apply. Any RV Site cancelled less than 30 days before arrival due to Federal or Provincial regulated shut down, same rules of cancelling prior to 30 days will apply.
• Any Cabin/Lodge reservations cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival, the same rules will apply. Any Cabin/Lodge reservations cancelled less than 60 before arrival due to Federal or Provincial regulated shut down, same rules of cancelling prior to 60 days will apply.

Please note these special rules only take effect during Provincial or Federal regulated shut downs. Although there may be recommendations put in place, recommendations will not fall under the COVID-19 Cancellation Policy and all cancellations will under the regular policy.
